Siamang is the largest of all gibbon species and also the loudest.
Siamangs have a large gular sac, which is a pouch on the throat that can be inflated to the size of their head.
The Siamangs defend their territory with daily singing rituals every morning and last for about an hour.This loud songs can be heard up to 3 km away.
Siamangs are monogamous; one of the few promates to form lifelong pairs.
